Nicholas P. Evangelo, Esq., Senior Partner
Nicholas P. Evangelo is a seasoned trial attorney with deep roots in Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1994, and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1993. For more than 25 years, Nick has focused his practice on insurance defense, trying over 180 cases and earning a reputation for securing $0 defense verdicts in high-exposure litigation.
Outside the courtroom, Nick gives back to his community by coaching youth soccer, where he enjoys teaching kids teamwork, discipline, and confidence—values that mirror the dedication he brings to his clients’ cases.

Arielle K. Brandt, Esq., Managing Partner
Graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science and Delaware Law School, Wilmington Campus in 2014 with a Juris Doctor. She received a Certification in Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers from Harvard Law School. Ms. Brandt focuses on Insurance Defense, Insurance Fraud Defense, and Federal Employment law. She has saved her clients more than 50 million dollars in faulty or fraudulent claims in personal injury defense cases.
She focuses her practice on the areas of personal injury litigation, including auto liability defense, fraud / misrepresentation and dog bite defense matters. She also specializes in family law, including divorce, custody and child support defense.
Arielle has served her community as a Rotarian in Seminole County since 2017. Arielle is a board member of Love Missions, Inc., whose sole cause to stop the Sex Trafficking of Children. She is actively involved in community focused organizations that fight homelessness and human trafficking.

Richard "Treigh" Lippert, Esq. Partner
Treigh Lippert is a dedicated trial attorney and hands-on dad of three. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011. Treigh has been practicing law in Florida since 2011 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
In his practice, Treigh focuses on criminal defense with a strong emphasis on DUI defense, fighting to protect his clients’ rights and futures. Outside the office and courtroom, you can usually find him chasing kids between school, sports, and activities, staying actively involved in their busy lives.
